How quickly can Engipro provide a formal technical quotation?
Standard catalog valve inquiries and repeat sizes receive formal quotations within 24 business hours. For complex engineered valves, custom trim metallurgy, or project tenders with multi-page specifications, our engineering team responds within 48 to 72 hours complete with outline dimensional drawings and material compliance matrices.
Can Engipro accommodate Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies?
Yes. Our Ahmedabad facility regularly hosts inspection engineers from major international agencies including Bureau Veritas (BV), DNV, TUV, Lloyd's Register, SGS, and Engineers India Limited (EIL). We provide complete access to our in-house NDT lab and hydrostatic test bays for witness inspection.
What material test certificates are supplied with each valve shipment?
Every valve dispatched is accompanied by a certified EN 10204 Type 3.1 inspection certificate (or 3.2 on request), including raw heat melt analysis, chemical composition, mechanical tensile & impact properties, post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) charts, NDT logs, and API 598 hydrostatic test charts.
Do you provide on-site emergency valve servicing and shutdown overhauls?
Yes. Our specialized valve servicing team supports planned refinery and thermal power plant turnarounds, as well as unscheduled emergency outages. We deploy mobile technician squads equipped for in-situ diagnostic testing, body seal replacement, and seat lapping across Gujarat and nationwide.
What export packaging and freight terms do you support?
We export to 45+ countries under standard Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP). All valves are packaged in ISPM 15 heat-treated timber crates with VCI anti-corrosion barrier wrapping, desiccants, and heavy blind flange face protectors suitable for long-distance maritime voyage.
Can you manufacture valves in exotic metallurgy (Duplex, Inconel, Monel)?
Yes. In addition to standard carbon steel (WCB, LCC) and stainless steel (CF8M, CF3M), we regularly manufacture valves in Super Duplex (2507), Inconel 625/825, Hastelloy C276, Monel 400, and Titanium with in-house PMI spectrometer verification.
